General Information: The workshop is designed as an introductory to intermediate level course. We have assembled instructors of high caliber to provide participants with valuable learning experience. They consist of experts from Tuskegee University, ANGRAU in Hyderabad, India , USDA/APHIS and USDA/FSIS. · Risk analysts and risk managers

· Epidemiologists, public practice/public health experts

· Plant and agricultural scientists and food safety experts

· Engineers and others interested in risk assessment and management
