1:30 pm - 5:00 pm	Breakout Session for Decision Makers   (R. Fite) Hands on Exercise for Technical Experts (H. Latimer, R. McDowell, H. Thippareddi) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Risk assessments (H. Thippareddi ) Data needs and data sources for risk analysis             Evidence gathering             The role of Expert Opinion                Note : teams can either continue to work and complete their respective country projects or work on new topics to be assigned at the Workshop.
